Once we understand your requirements, we provide you with the cost estimation and time frames. Once you approve these, we do the customization as required.
 

Training
Additional training, over and above what is provided at the time of installation can be provided at a reasonable cost at any point of time.
 

Support
With the installation of the LIFE Solution as per your requirement, we give you one year’s maintenance & support, at no additional cost for the solution we have provided. After that, you may go in for an AMC if the need be. Incentives, documentation, or procedures may change or alter without any cause of concern to you as a user of LIFE. The above does not include new development or features or functionalities which has not been conveyed to us, and, documented by us at the time of us getting your purchase order for the solution. This gives LIFE Solutions a distinct advantage over documentation systems in the unorganised sector.
