Right up from the moment a deal is struck, a Sales Order is entered into the system. Whether there be partial shipments, or LC / CAD payments LIFE Exports takes care of your requirements and incorporates it in the transaction process. LIFE provides real-time requirements that flexes towards your needs, rather than bending your business processes. Special features like merging / demerging of Performa Invoice / Custom Invoice, Forward Trading, COPY DOCUMENTS etc. are the exciting features that LIFE Exports have.
 

LIFE Local Purchases :
As soon as a Sales Enquiry is converted into a Sales Contract, a Purchase Order can be generated with sellers / suppliers, agreements done and documented. Procurements can either be shipped by Rail or Road in trucks. They can either be stored in warehouses or sent directly to the Port of Loading or Virtual Locations. Inspections can comprise of rejections & shortages thereby creating Credit / Debit Notes. Payments to sellers comprise a part of this system. Inventory is updated on a real time basis.
 

LIFE Imports :
As soon as a Sales Enquiry is converted into a Sales Contract, Whether there be partial shipments, or LC / CAD payments LIFE Sales takes care of your requirements and incorporates it in the transaction process a Purchase Order can be generated with sellers / suppliers and procurements can either be shipped directly, or, be stored in warehouses. Inspections can comprise of rejections & shortages. Debit notes can be issued based on the shortages or variations on quality of goods. Inventory is updated on a real time basis.
 

LIFE Indenting :
Indenting with multi procurements and multi brokers is a standard feature of this system. Store of all documents from both sides are maintained transaction wise and can be retrieved at any given instance. Late Payment Charges for receivables with computing is an added feature of this system. There is a provision for a single LC to multiple Commercial Invoices.
 

LIFE Warehousing & Inventory :
Procurements that are not being shipped right away can be stored in multi-locations. They can be shipped as and when required. Warehouse wise stocks positions are on a real time basis.
At any point of time you can have the exact stock position at various warehouses and godowns as well as virtual locations.
 

Forward Trading :
The system provides for Forward Trading. Details of all orders, currency rate of exchanges prevalent at the time of various transactions, reminders on notifications, shipping etc. are provided for. Procurements against these can be stored in multi-locations. They can be shipped as and when required. Warehouse wise stocks position are on a real time basis.
 

Logistics & Planning :
This module acts as link between All Sales (Exports as well as Local Sales) and, All Purchases (Local Purchase as well as Imports). Provides container tracking, avoids double / multiple payments, takes care of shuffling the containers between different orders, maintains stuffing details i.e. contract wise, item wise, quantity wise, etc. Back tracking of contract status based on shuffling. Tracking of Transportation bill and Containers hired. Check for Containers availability based on near by warehouses / virtual locations.
 

On-Line Order Tracking & Monitoring :
This system provides buyers and sellers to monitor the status of their transactions. Local Databases are updated with the web site on a real time basis, so at any point of time, your buyers and sellers can directly log on to the system on your web site and access all transactions pertaining to them. They can even download all required documents directly with you having to undertake this exercise.
 

Mobile SMS Alerts :
